What is an e-Book? The term e-Book or EBook stands for electronic book. It is basically a book that can be read on your PC or palm device. Almost anything you can think of is avalible as an EBook. Crazy Bob only sells online marketing EBooks. Why? Because everyone is starting their own online marketing business.
What do I need to read an e-Book? Most e-Books are in PDF format. For books of this type you will need adobe acrobat reader. You will probably already have this on your PC. If not you can download it free right here
Most other e-Books are exe (executable) files. These need no software to run on your PC. They can also be in the form of a word file or HTML file.
How will my e-Book be delivered? Your e-Book will be delivered directly with a download link once your payment has been received. Also electronically via email to the email address you entered.
Will I require any additional software? Your e-Books will be delivered in zip (compressed) format. You will need WinZip to extract the file. Again you will probably have this already on your PC. Go check your programs. If your computer is 5 years old or less you already got it. If not download it right here.

If you have not downloaded the ebook directly for what ever reason, check your email because Crazy Bob sends a copy to the email address you entered. If you don't see an email from Crazy Bob check your spam/trash folder. It will probably be there. If not make sure you adjust your spam filter settings then contact us.
